Delivery times are as follows:

• standard delivery - files can be delivered within 24 hours
• express delivery – files can be delivered within 4 hours (depending on location)
• scanned and emailed - documents can be scanned and emailed within 2 hours (security checks are done)
• faxed or telephonic requests – documents can be faxed or information can be given telephonically within 2 hours (security checks are done) 

All Scheduled and Express deliveries and collections are carried out securely by:

• The Document Warehouse staff that are fully trained and experienced, security vetted and wear company uniforms
• The Document Warehouse vehicles that are all clearly identifiable with The Document Warehouse logos
• The Document Warehouse drivers are equipped with live satellite tracking feed direct to the Document Warehouse offices
